I recommend ServerBasket for the refurbished Dell PowerEdge R740 server which I bought and I’ve not had issue with that product. The aspect of pricing was transparent and there were no hidden costs. Their customer support was friendly and effective, however, I understood the devices were refurbished, which could necessitate some power on the body. Nevertheless, it is quite suitable for me as the user of the server.
