Refund Policy

7-Day Returns

We strive to provide superior-quality products and services to our global customers, including from Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kenya, Egypt, Nigeria, Pakistan, South Africa, Turkey, Ghana, Uganda, Kuwait, and Ethiopia, that meet their business needs.
In the event that the user is not 100% satisfied with our products or services, we accept returns within seven business days and issue a refund. The refund amount will be deposited directly to the original payment method used for the purchase after the product is received.

Only the items that are unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and the invoice qualify for returns.

We do not accept returns, offer refunds if the product comes under the following conditions:

If any physical damage has been caused during customer handling, shipping by third parties not arranged by us, or improper installation.

If incompatible usage, power surges, or improper grounding has led to any electrical damage.

If the product has been damaged due to firmware or third-party software updates.

If the product has been misused, tampered with, or undergone any unauthorized repairs or modifications.
If labels, serial numbers, or warranty stickers are missing.

Domain Name registration or other services regarding domain transfer are strictly non-refundable. Once the domain name is purchased with your name, then the domain cannot be transferred to another’s name before the expiration of the domain’s term period.
Only first-time account holders are entitled to a refund. For instance, if you have registered and deleted the account with us and re-registered on the website or created a second account with us, then you are not eligible to get the refund.
We do not refund the total amount that was paid for the software; we deduct administrative and installation fees from the purchased software or domain name. Refund requests will be taken into consideration only up to 7 days from the purchase date, and the pro rata amount will be refunded.
Taxes paid for the software or service are not refundable. However, users can claim their tax amount directly from the government.
Users are not entitled to get the claim while using the trial services from serverbasket.net.
Users can submit refund requests through our ticketing system or via email (sales@serverbasket.net).
Users have to send the service cancellation request from the email account that was given at the time of purchase. A request received from any other account will not be considered. Also, requests submitted past 30 days will not be considered.
